NYA manages operational processes and helps partners reduce counterparty risk through verification, monitoring, data and field execution. Asset ownership, financing, insurance and financial guarantees remain with the appropriate partner unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Can NYA work with vehicles we already own?

Yes. We define the portfolio, commercial model and operator requirements with you, then build the driver or rider operating layer around those assets.

Do you only provide drivers?

No. NYA sources, verifies, matches and onboards operators, then manages deployment, operational exceptions and redeployment.

How are operators verified?

We review identity, eligibility, licences, documents and references against the requirements agreed for each deployment.

What happens if an operator exits or an incident occurs?

NYA records the case, coordinates field follow-up and maintains a replacement pipeline. Response processes are defined with each partner.

What operational information will we receive?

Partners receive agreed reporting on assigned operators, asset status, compliance, incidents and open cases relating to their portfolio.

Do you finance vehicles or guarantee payments?

No. NYA's standard offer is operational; each partnership defines its own financial and asset-risk responsibilities.
